Lee Min-ho has been offered the role of Cha Wook-hyun, the general director of a game company. Cha Wook-hyun is a character who appears perfect in every way but is considered the worst boss at work due to his cold and meticulous nature. He also has a comical backstory where he debuts in a virtual group for some reason.

If Lee Min-ho appears in 'Virtual Love,' it will be his return to the small screen after two years, following the tvN drama 'Ask the Stars,' which ended in 2025. At the time, 'Ask the Stars' recorded a viewership rating of 2.6% for its final episode, achieving somewhat disappointing results.
