Lee Jae Wook Drug Allegations Surface

In episode 10 of ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Dr. Brain', Do Ji-han (played by Lee Jae-wook) became entangled in a series of incidents and faced the risk of being dismissed from his post due to controversy over drug use. The broadcast recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 4.8% and a peak of 5.6% per minute, ranking first among Monday-Tuesday dramas and in its time slot.

On Pyeondongdo Island, a ritual to pray for the village's well-being was held, but a helicopter transporting a patient suspected of appendicitis crashed. Afterward, when the patient was revealed to have only a simple stomachache, controversy arose over Do Ji-han's misdiagnosis, and he was blamed for everything, facing criticism for being an insincere public health doctor. Do Ji-han shut himself in his room, ignoring those who were worried, and did not open the door even when persuaded by Yuk Ha-ri (played by Shin Ye-eun).

It was Lee Hwa-young (played by Lee Sul) who opened Do Ji-han's heart, but he responded coldly. Meanwhile, another crisis struck as tourists showed symptoms of collective food poisoning, and Lee Hwa-young worked to manage the chaotic situation. Witnessing this, Yuk Ha-ri revealed complex emotions, sensing the deep connection between the two.

The people of Pyeondongdo also offered comfort. Hong Geum-ja (played by Lee Yoon-mi) worriedly brought him meals, and Hyun Chi-yeon (played by Hong Min-ki) and Yong Ju-cheon (played by Kim Yoon-woo) stayed by his side as fellow doctors. However, Yuk Ha-ri couldn't easily approach him after hearing Lee Hwa-young say, "You don't seem to know why the island is hell for Ji-han."

Yuk Ha-ri set out to uncover the truth of the incident, and through an investigation with Hyun Chi-yeon, they discovered a commonality: a problem with the lighting at the helipad. Yuk Ha-ri went to find Do Ji-han and comforted him, saying the accident wasn't entirely his fault. In response, Do Ji-han embraced Yuk Ha-ri, opening his heart.
