In the 9th episode of JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'The Chairman of Kang's New Employee,' Hwang Jun-hyun (Lee Jun-young), who harbored the soul of Choi Sung Group Chairman Kang Yong-ho (Son Hyun-joo), embarked on a dangerous operation to stop the eldest daughter Kang Jae-kyung's (Jeon Hye-jin) rampage. After confirming his own death, Kang Yong-ho decided to end all tragedy. He made a bold move by siding with his daughter Kang Jae-kyung to stop her, thus changing the flow of the succession war.

Hwang Jun-hyun proposed to Kang Jae-kyung, "I will stand by your side, not Kang Bang-geul's." At the inauguration ceremony for the new chairman, Kang Jae-kyung announced the establishment of a Future Business Team and appointed Hwang Jun-hyun as its head.
