Yoon Gaei, Kiha Jang Go Public With Second Relationship

Singer Jang Kiha (44) and actress Yoon Gayi (26) have revealed they are in a relationship. The 18-year age gap between the two is drawing significant attention.

Jang Kiha's agency, Dururu Artist Company, and Yoon Gayi's agency, We Ent, officially confirmed on the 27th that the two are currently dating.

The couple is known to have been dating for over two years. They first met in 2023 on Coupang Play's 'SNL Korea' as host and crew, and reportedly grew closer through their shared interests in music and film.

Jang Kiha was born in 1982, and Yoon Gayi in 2000, overcoming an 18-year age difference to become a couple. This is gaining further attention as Yoon Gayi's mother (born in 1977) is only five years older than Jang Kiha. Yoon Gayi previously revealed her mother on MBC's 'I Live Alone', mentioning, "She gave birth to me when she was younger than I am now."

As this news has come to light, Yoon Gayi's past comments about her ideal type are also being re-examined. In 2023, Yoon Gayi appeared on the YouTube channel 'No Back Tak Jae Hoon' and stated her ideal type was "someone kind, humble, and with a beautiful face." Regarding older-younger couples, she said, "​Up to 10 years is okay," showing hesitation about larger age gaps.
