Namgoong Min's "My Perfect Stranger" Character Relationships

KBS 2TV's new Saturday-Sunday mini-series 'The Completion of Marriage' has released still cuts of the main couple, Kang Tae-joo (Namkoong Min) and Go Se-yoon (Lee Seol), showing their contrasting, dream-within-a-dream marital dynamic. The released photos show Kang Tae-joo, a neurosurgery specialist at Uri Together Hospital, and his wife, Chairperson Go Se-yoon, together at an official event attended by medical staff, officials, and reporters.

Although they are in the same space, the atmosphere between the two is distinctly different. While Kang Tae-joo shows indifference to his wife, such as looking at his phone, Go Se-yoon is highly attentive to her husband. Following this, Kang Tae-joo is captured making a sudden, unexpected move before his father-in-law Go Dong-chan (Jang Gwang) finishes his presentation, drawing a barrage of camera flashes, and officials are seen speechless.

The production team stated, "Kang Tae-joo's impulsive action in front of the hospital staff signifies how deep the rift is between Kang Tae-joo and Go Se-yoon, to the point where they don't care about what others think," adding, "Starting with this scene, expect unpredictable, storm-like times to unfold between Kang Tae-joo and Go Se-yoon." Curiosity is mounting regarding the reason for Kang Tae-joo's impulsive behavior and the situation that has created pre-storm tension.

Meanwhile, 'The Completion of Marriage' is a perilous crime thriller about Kang Tae-joo, a man who engages in an extreme struggle with a ruthless criminal to save his wife, who was kidnapped just before their divorce.
