Kim Yoo Jung & Park Jin Young's 100-Day Lie Revealed

The first teaser video for tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama '100 Days of Lies' has been released. This drama depicts a spy romance between Gyeongseong's top pickpocket, who infiltrates disguised as an interpreter for the Government-General of Korea, and the Governor-General's adopted son, a new interpreter at the Government-General.

'100 Days of Lies' is a collaboration between director Yoo In-sik, who helmed the 'Dr. Romantic' series and 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo,' and writer Ryu Bo-ri of 'Do You Like Brahms?'. The cast includes Kim Yoo-jung, Park Jin-young, Kim Sung-ryung, Lee Moo-saeng, and Jin Sun-kyu.

In the drama, Kim Yoo-jung plays Lee Ga-kyung, Gyeongseong's top pickpocket who infiltrates disguised as an interpreter for the Government-General of Korea. Park Jin-young will star opposite Kim Yoo-jung as Kim Tae-woong (Sato Hideo), the adopted son of the Governor-General and a new interpreter at the Government-General of Korea. Kim Sung-ryung will portray Yoo So-ran, a sniper for the anti-Japanese organization Gugukdan. Lee Moo-saeng will play Yoo Philip, a Gyeongseong correspondent for an American media company, and Jin Sun-kyu will portray Sato Shinichi, the second-in-command at the Government-General of Korea.

The teaser video, released 100 days before the first broadcast, showcases visuals that realistically recreate Gyeongseong in 1932. Against the backdrop of Gyeongseong Station, where Koreans and Japanese police mingle, and the Government-General of Korea, the video foreshadows Lee Ga-kyung's mission and her fateful encounter. It also heightens the tension with scenes of Sato Shinichi and Yoo Philip, each with their own objectives, and Yoo So-ran aiming a gun at someone.

'100 Days of Lies' is scheduled to premiere in October.
