Kim Manager: SBS Drama Hits 6th Highest Ratings Ever

The SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Kim Bu장' is continuing its successful run, surpassing a peak viewership rating of 23% within just three episodes. According to Nielsen Korea, the third episode aired on the 3rd recorded an average of 18.8% nationwide and 19.6% in the Seoul metropolitan area, marking its highest ratings to date. With these figures, 'Kim Bu장' has climbed to 6th place in the all-time viewership ratings for SBS Friday-Saturday dramas.

'Kim Bu장' is an action drama that tells the story of an ordinary office worker who must confront his dangerous past life to find his missing daughter. So Ji-sub plays Kim Bu장, the head of the accounting team at Sangsaeng Savings Bank and a single father raising his daughter.

In the fourth episode airing on the 4th, Kim Bu장 will join forces with his friends Seong Han-su (played by Choi Dae-hoon) and Park Jin-cheol (played by Yoon Kyung-ho) to embark on a life-or-death chase to rescue his kidnapped daughter, Min-ji. Under the name 'Daddy Universe,' they will engage in their first full-fledged collaboration, expected to showcase intense loyalty and explosive action synergy.

On set, the three actors received praise from the staff for their convincing portrayal of the bond between three men who trust and rely on each other, while simultaneously handling demanding action sequences and emotional performances.
