Woo Do-hwan's 'Hunting Dogs 2' Global Buzz

Actor Woo Do-han will meet global fans again on the 3rd with Netflix's new series 'Hunting Dogs 2'.

In the first season of 'Hunting Dogs,' released in 2023, Woo Do-han played the role of 'Kim Geon-woo,' a pure-hearted young boxer, creating a career-defining character. Kim Geon-woo is a character with a simple disposition and strong spirit, and Woo Do-han simultaneously portrayed the character's spectacular action and dense growth story. In particular, his passionate performance, with a physique comparable to a professional boxer and variations in his gaze and breathing according to the narrative, garnered a fervent response from viewers worldwide.

Season 2, returning after 3 years, has expanded its scale by extending the stage to a global illegal boxing league. Woo Do-han is set to lead the character's evolved abilities and a more spectacular story. Furthermore, the chemistry with Lee Sang-yi, who plays Woo-jin and has been working with him since Season 1, is expected to become even stronger, raising expectations for a 'bromance' that transcends mere friendship, evolving into 'bromance-melodrama.'

At the end of last year, Woo Do-han also delivered an impressive performance as 'Baek Gi-hyeon,' an officer from the Korea Military Academy, in the Disney+ original series '​Made in Korea.' With Season 2 scheduled for release in the latter half of this year, Woo Do-han is expected to showcase a more substantial performance in 'Made in Korea.' Throughout this year, Woo Do-han continues his strategy targeting global fans by presenting two characters with entirely different genres, historical backgrounds, and personalities through global platforms.
