Through this concert, member Key will resume activities after approximately five months, having halted them in December of last year. Key had stepped down from all TV programs he was appearing on after admitting to receiving treatment at home from the so-called 'Injection Aunt,' who was accused of providing illegal medical services to broadcaster Park Na-rae.

In December of last year, Key acknowledged his acquaintance with 'Injection Aunt' but explained that he believed she was a doctor, leading to his departure from his programs. At the time, his agency SM Entertainment explained that Key first met Ms. Lee as a doctor through a recommendation from an acquaintance and later received treatment at her home a few times when visiting a hospital was difficult. Key also posted an apology on his social media, stating that he deeply regretted his ignorance.
