Yoo Haejin, who plays Eom Heungdo, and Park Jihoon, who plays Yi Hongwi, shared their thoughts on the scene in the poster. Yoo Haejin expressed his sorrow, saying, "I remember the scene where Yi Hongwi was playing with the water by the river in exile, and Eom Heungdo's feelings at that time must have been like those of a father looking at his son."

Park Jihoon also shared a behind-the-scenes story, stating, "The scene of me crouching by the river was suggested by senior actor Yoo Haejin. I wondered what he was thinking, playing alone with the water when he should have been running around with friends. I tried to express the feelings of such a King Danjong."

This riverside poster moves beyond the simplistic image of King Danjong as a 'tragic king' and clearly reveals the movie's narrative focusing on 'human Yi Hongwi', resonating deeply with the audience alongside the actors' passionate performances.
