Seohyun, a stage performance overcoming controversy over special treatment

Girls' Generation member and actress Seohyun performed as a special collaborator on the Lotte Concert Hall stage just five months after starting to learn the violin.

Seohyun presented the charm of classical music by performing Vittorio Monti's famous piece, 'Csárdás'.

Although there was controversy regarding the special treatment of Seohyun, a 'barini' (beginner violinist) learning violin as a hobby, performing on a grand stage, Seohyun took the stage with the determination to "show the pure passion of someone who genuinely enjoys music, rather than the perfection of a professional performer."

The performing arts channel 'Floit Culture' applauded Seohyun's challenge, asking, "Does an amateur choose 'Csárdás' to perform on a big stage?" and commented, "It was a stage where small mistakes made it even more inspiring."

Fellow celebrities Jeon Hye-bin and Yoo Sun also sent messages of support after hearing Seohyun's performance, saying, "Seohyun, you were so, so cool. Fly high."
