Min Heejin, CEO of ADOR, has officially proposed to HYBE to settle all disputes on the condition that she forfeits the 25.6 billion won put option payment. Lawsuits involving external partner companies and the fandom are also ongoing. ADOR won the first trial in a lawsuit seeking 1.1 billion won in damages against music video production company Dingo Studios, and BELIFT LAB filed a lawsuit seeking 100 million won in damages against NewJeans' fandom, 'Bunnies'. HYBE also sued former ADOR employees for breach of trust.
