Lee So-na was crowned the final winner of "Miss Trot 4," earning the honor of "Jin" (眞). In her acceptance speech, Lee So-na said, "I am grateful to my loving family who sacrificed for me despite our difficult circumstances. I will now become someone who can protect my family." She also touched hearts by expressing her desire to use the 300 million won prize money for her parents.

Meanwhile, Heo Chan-mi took the "Seon" (善) title, and Hong Seong-yun received the "Mi" (美) title. Gil Ryeo-won finished in fourth place, and Yoon Tae-hwa in fifth, concluding the long journey. The broadcast recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 18.1%, setting a new personal best.
