21st Century Prince OST: Star-Studded Soundtrack

MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama '21st Century Grand Prince's Wife' is heightening global fans' anticipation by revealing its super-luxurious OST lineup. Kakao Entertainment announced that a total of 11 teams, including RIIZE, BOYNEXTDOOR, BIBI, SAM KIM, So Su Bin, ALEPH, WOODZ, Im Joong Won (Son Moa), KiiiKiii, Han Lo Ro, and hrtz.wav (Hats Wave), will participate in the drama's OST lineup.

The drama '21st Century Grand Prince's Wife' is set in a 21st-century constitutional monarchy Korea and depicts a romance of fate and class breaking between Sung Hee Joo (played by IU), who has everything but is limited by her commoner status, and Prince Ian (played by Byeon Woo Seok), the king's son who can possess nothing. Global fans are focusing their anticipation on the romantic chemistry between trending actors IU and Byeon Woo Seok, and the drama has been ranking high in various buzz indices even before its broadcast.

Kakao Entertainment plans to directly oversee the planning and production of the drama's OST to enhance the work's completeness. Furthermore, popular artists from Kakao Entertainment's affiliated labels are participating in the OST, maximizing the synergy of IP value chains across media and music businesses.

Kakao Entertainment stated, "The OST for '21st Century Grand Prince's Wife' focuses on expanding the narrative and emotional lines of the work more three-dimensionally," adding, "The OST, blending each artist's individuality and musical color, will not only heighten the drama's fun and emotion but also deliver excitement through music alone this spring."

MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama '21st Century Grand Prince's Wife' is set to premiere on the 10th at 9:40 PM, and the OST will be released sequentially for each part.
