A preview video for tvN Joy's entertainment program 'Unpredictable' has been released and is gaining attention. It is a reality program that captures the project of Kim Sook and Song Eun-yi renovating an old house in Jeju Island to create a shared villa, with Lee Chun-hee, Baekga, and Jang Wooyoung joining.
In the preview video, Kim Sook stated that she wanted members with "strong stamina and experience on construction sites." In response, former national fencing athlete Kim Jun-ho appealed with his athletic abilities, and Baekga emphasized his experience on construction sites by revealing his interior design business registration.

Kim Sook sought members with "strong financial backing" and proposed sharing the construction costs. She called Ra Mi-ran and received a response that "around 20 million won is possible," securing her investment promise. She also proposed an investment to her 30-year friend Jang Hye-jin, but was met with suspicion.
Kim Sook had previously revealed her plan to recreate "the cheapest house bought in rural Jeju Island for less than 100 million won" into a shared villa. She explained that she hadn't been able to visit Jeju due to being busy, but "now is the time. I've decided to renovate the house and make it a shared villa."
