Nine members of The Boyz (excluding New) announced through their legal representatives that they "notified of the termination of their exclusive contracts on February 10th, citing Won Hundred's significant breach of exclusive contract terms and irreparable damage to the trust relationship."

The nine members of The Boyz claimed that the agency failed to pay settlement funds normally and refused requests to view basic documents such as their contracts.
