HYBE stated that they have "no comment" on the proposal from Min Heejin, the former CEO of ADOR, and indicated that they will let the upcoming trial determine the truth of the matter.

Min Heejin directly addressed HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, saying, "Let's meet now in the place of creation, not in our courtroom." She added that in an era where corporate responsibility is paramount, choosing harmony and resolving risks in the entertainment industry is a wise management decision.

Min Heejin announced her resignation from ADOR in November 2024 and declared the termination of the shareholder agreement signed with HYBE, stating that she would hold HYBE legally responsible for breach of contract and illegal actions. Accordingly, she filed a lawsuit to claim payment for the exercise of her put option.
