Chu Young-woo and Kim So-hyun's romance drama to premiere in October

ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Love Doctor,' starring actors Choo Young-woo and Kim So-hyun, has confirmed its premiere for October. Originally scheduled for August, it will now meet viewers in October, after the Chuseok holiday.

The drama tells the story of Park Min-jae, a doctoral student who was a swimmer in high school but lost a leg due to illness, and Im Yu-jin, a master's student who, after losing her career path and wandering, embarks on a new journey. It is generating anticipation as a spicy, bitter, and sweet romance that blossoms in a robotics lab.

Choo Young-woo will play Park Min-jae, a doctoral student who lost his dream and was frustrated but found a new dream in robotics. He encounters robotics in despair and diligently pursues research, but he is a character who struggles with emotional expression due to his fear of past wounds. Kim So-hyun will portray Im Yu-jin, a straightforward character who unhesitatingly expresses her feelings for Min-jae. She is expected to realistically depict the growth of youth, facing career concerns, frustrations, and new challenges with excitement.

Additionally, actor Kim Min will appear as Choi Han-gyeol, the youngest member of the robotics lab, adding richness to the drama. Furthermore, the delicate direction by director Ahn Pan-seok and the script for this new work by writer Min Hyo-jeong, her first in 21 years, add to the curiosity surrounding the drama.

Filming began in November last year, and after a four-month journey, all filming concluded on the 28th of last month. The production is currently focusing on post-production to deliver a high-quality work.
