Son Hyun-joo Survives, Jin Goo Protects

The 12-episode JTBC drama "CEO Undercover" is a story about a man who gets a second chance at life. Kang Yong-ho (Son Hyun-ju), the chairman of a conglomerate known as the "god of business," finds himself in the body of a 20-year-old soccer player, Hwang Jun-hyun (Lee Jun-young), after an accident. The drama recorded a highest viewership rating of 9.5% and is also available on the OTT service TVING.

The drama begins when Kang Yong-ho, chairman of Choi Sung Group, ranked 10th in South Korea's corporate standings, wakes up in the body of 20-year-old soccer player Hwang Jun-hyun. Realizing his perfect life has been swapped for Hwang Jun-hyun's, Kang Yong-ho begins his life as "CEO Undercover," combining a young body with the mind of a corporate leader in what feels like an overtime period granted by fate.

The main characters include soccer player Hwang Jun-hyun (Lee Jun-young), a former MVP of K League 2; Kang Yong-ho (Son Hyun-ju), chairman of Choi Sung Group; Kang Bang-geul (Lee Ju-myoung), the chairman's third daughter and a member of the Choi Sung family; Kang Jae-kyung (Jeon Hye-jin), the chairman's eldest daughter; and Kang Jae-seong (Jin Goo), the chairman's second son.

In the recently aired 9th episode, Chairman Kang Yong-ho (Son Hyun-ju), enraged by his eldest daughter Kang Jae-kyung's (Jeon Hye-jin) wicked deeds, walked alone into the heart of the enemy's territory to end the Choi Sung family's tragedy. In the process, Kang Yong-ho, inhabiting Hwang Jun-hyun's body, confirmed that Kang Jae-kyung had visited the hospital room and resolved to set everything right.

Hwang Jun-hyun showed a cold side by siding with Kang Jae-kyung and exploiting Kang Bang-geul's weakness. As per Hwang Jun-hyun's suggestion, Kang Jae-kyung framed Jo Sun-hee (Yoon Yoo-sun) for the Choi Sung Trading slush fund incident, leading to her arrest. To save her mother, Kang Bang-geul gave up her shares in Choi Sung Solutions.
