Actress Go Youn-jung, who plays Byun Eun-ah in JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama "Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness" (tentatively titled "Moja Moosa"), expressed confidence in her chemistry with Gu Kyo-hwan. "Moja Moosa" is a drama about a character who, struggling with envy and jealousy amidst their successful friends, seeks peace. Regarding her reason for choosing the project, Go Youn-jung stated, "The story is set in an industry I'm familiar with, so it felt natural rather than unfamiliar, and there were many aspects I could deeply relate to." She added that she was impressed by how the drama, while featuring prominent comedic elements, wasn't simply lighthearted but created a black sitcom-like atmosphere that transcended darkness and melancholy.

In the drama, Byun Eun-ah, played by Go Youn-jung, appears tough, earning the nickname "Axe PD" at work for her sharp script reviews, but she harbors existential anxiety. Go Youn-jung described Byun Eun-ah as "a character who repeatedly asks herself, 'Am I truly a person of value?' by holding herself to stricter internal standards." She revealed that to effectively convey her inner self, she focused on details such as subtle glances, the rhythm of her speech, and the intonation of her endings, striving to fill the character's many silences with substance.

Regarding her collaboration with Gu Kyo-hwan, Go Youn-jung said, "I often felt like I was actually seeing Hwang Dong-man (played by Gu Kyo-hwan)." She explained that Gu Kyo-hwan's constant effort and internal struggles, hidden beneath his bright and cheerful energy, resembled Hwang Dong-man. She further commented on Gu Kyo-hwan's acting, stating, "Within his freedom, I felt a clear order. Hwang Dong-man felt much more diverse and three-dimensional than I had imagined, as if he were alive and moving before my eyes. I learned and was inspired by a great deal."

Go Youn-jung expressed her hope that through "Moja Moosa," viewers might see the feeling of their own worthlessness not as something to be eliminated, but as a process of understanding, accepting, and finding new meaning. She also hoped they would feel a small sense of liberation in acknowledging and accepting themselves within that process. "Moja Moosa," consisting of 12 episodes, will premiere on the 18th at 10:40 PM.

Gu Kyo-hwan described his initial reaction to the script of "Moja Moosa" as feeling like "my diary had been leaked," adding that it felt as if he had stolen everyone's diary. He referenced a line from the drama: "I'm that kind of guy. If you show me even a small favor, I'll give you everything I have. Why should I be nice to people who dislike me? I'm a litmus paper kind of man. If the other person is acidic, I'm acidic! If the other person is alkaline, I'm alkaline!" He expressed his surprise and wonder at how words he frequently uses in everyday life flowed naturally from the character's mouth.
