In the first episode, genius doctor Shin Joo-shin (played by Jung Yi-chan) decides to perform a 'brain swap' surgery on top actress Mo-mo (played by Baek Seo-ra) and her mother, Hyun Ran-hee (played by Song Ji-in). Shin Joo-shin falls for Mo-mo and they become lovers, but when Mo-mo falls into a coma after an accident, Hyun Ran-hee proposes the 'brain swap.'
