Singer and actress IU's unrealistic proportions are becoming a hot topic. While suspicions of leg length retouching were raised in a behind-the-scenes video of the poster shoot for the drama 'The Reign of the 21st Century' released on MBC Drama's official channel, attention has since focused on her actual proportions after the video's release.

In the recently released official poster for 'The Reign of the 21st Century,' IU appeared wearing a white blouse, a black miniskirt, and high heels. Particularly, in a pose where she was sitting on a chair, her exceptionally long-looking leg line was emphasized, leading to suspicions online that the leg length had been excessively retouched, with comments like "The poster retouching is too much" and "Didn't they stretch her legs too much?"

However, in the behind-the-scenes video released afterward, the actual filming took place in almost the same pose and composition as the poster, and the long leg line and overall body proportions that caused controversy were revealed in the video as well. The silhouette that appeared somewhat exaggerated in the still poster looked natural in the moving video, and consequently, attention shifted to IU's actual proportions rather than suspicions of retouching.

Netizens who saw the video expressed their surprise at IU's actual proportions, with reactions such as, "I thought it was retouched based on the poster, but seeing the video, it's the same," "IU's proportions were just crazy," "She looks exactly like that in real life too," "I understand after seeing the on-site video," and "Her leg length is truly unrealistic."
