In the second episode of TV Chosun's weekend drama 'Doctor Shin,' Shin Ju-shin (played by Jung Yi-chan) and Mo-mo (played by Baek Seo-ra) were shown in their past romantic relationship. The two went on a trip together, sharing body heat under a blanket by a campfire. Shin Ju-shin fed Mo-mo chocolate, kissed her, and then appeared undressed, implying they spent the night together.

Meanwhile, Geum Ba-ra (played by Joo Se-bin) faced the tragedy of losing Ji An-hee (played by Cha Ji-hyuk), who had been like an older brother to her since their orphanage days. Ji An-hee, who worked as a bodyguard, died from a stab wound, and Geum Ba-ra delivered a final message in front of his portrait.

Additionally, Mo-mo (played by Baek Seo-ra), who had fallen into a coma due to a scuba diving accident before her wedding, regained consciousness after a brain-swapping surgery with her mother, Hyeon Ran-hee (played by Song Ji-in). Mo-mo's smile as she looked at Hyeon Ran-hee lying beside her suggested the surgery was successful.
