The Boyz, Lee Mu-jin, and Viviz Face Controversy Over Departures
The 9 members of The Boyz have notified their agency, One Hundred, of their exclusive contract termination. They cited One Hundred's material breach of contract and the breakdown of trust as reasons for the termination. The Boyz claim that after the settlement payment in the second quarter of 2025, the settlement money was not properly paid. They pointed out that the agency received hundreds of millions of won in advances but offered no explanation.
In contrast, One Hundred argued that the contracts were signed on the premise that all 11 members of The Boyz would continue to promote as one team. They stated that they attempted to maintain support, including vehicles, managers, and practice rooms, but the members refused.

Meanwhile, Lee Mu-jin, Viviz, and BEOK are also reported to have notified their agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment, of their contract terminations. Big Planet Made Entertainment stated that this is not a final decision and that they are working towards the artists' activities.

Furthermore, a dispute over unpaid settlement fees has arisen, with an external company that produced Xiumin's music video for EXO-CBX claiming they have not received approximately 66 million won in production fees from their agency, INB100.
These successive artist departures and settlement-related conflicts are leading to analyses of a "Cha Won-gil severance," and One Hundred is reportedly making a desperate effort to prevent further artist departures.
