K-Drama Star Go Younjung's Bloody Struggle Revealed

The third teaser video for JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama "Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness" (Abbreviated as "MoJaMuSsa") has been released. The drama depicts people struggling with envy and jealousy among their successful friends, seeking peace. The teaser video begins with Hwang Dong-man (played by Koo Kyo-hwan)'s question, "Why are we living so hard, as if we'll never disappear?"

Hwang Dong-man (played by Koo Kyo-hwan) is an aspiring film director, the only one among his successful friends who hasn't debuted. He yearns for '​comfort' over success and expresses his anxiety. His older brother, Hwang Jin-man (played by Park Hae-joon), seems to push his younger brother, but he himself soothes his incompetence and worthlessness with drinks.

Byun Eun-ah (played by Go Youn-jung) is a planning producer at 'Choi Film', who experiences pain so intensely that she confesses, "​When I feel like I'm being abandoned, my whole body aches and I get nosebleeds." She shows a precarious state as she projects her own situation onto a script thrown by CEO Choi Dong-hyun (played by Choi Won-young).

Even characters who appear to have achieved brilliant success are not free from the fight against worthlessness. Famous director Park Kyung-se (played by Oh Jung-se) expresses his rage at comments that his work has not been well-received since his debut, struggling not to be pushed from the top. His wife and the leader of the company, Go Hye-jin (played by Kang Mal-geum), also self-deprecates, saying, "​I'm sorry I messed it all up."

Director Park Young-soo (played by Jeon Bae-soo), the spiritual pillar of the film community gathering, reveals his loneliness in the film industry with a confession of lacking talent. Top actor Jang Mi-ran (played by Han Sun-hwa) also secretly wipes away tears and says, "​We're all pathetic." The indignation of these characters reflects our own struggles with worthlessness in our respective positions, evoking empathy.
