Kim So-hyun and Song Kang, reviewing "White Scandal"

Actors Song Kang and Kim So-hyun have been offered roles in the drama ‘White Scandal’ and are currently reviewing them. The two previously worked together in the Netflix series ‘Love Alarm,’ so if their participation is confirmed, this would mark their reunion after approximately five years.

‘White Scandal’ is based on a web novel of the same name and tells the story of Ji Eun-seol, a protagonist who was a promising child actress in the past but fell from grace after taking the blame for her brother's crime. While living as a road manager, she meets Dan Yi-hyeok, who was at the center of the past incident, and begins a contract relationship, drawing closer to hidden secrets.

It is known that Kim So-hyun was offered the role of the protagonist Ji Eun-seol, and Song Kang was offered the role of Dan Yi-hyeok, who proposes the contract relationship.

The drama will be written by Kim Ga-eun, who also wrote ‘Call It Love,’ and directed by Kim Chul-gyu, who helmed ‘Mother’ and ‘Flower of Evil.’ The production is currently in the casting stage and is being prepared with the goal of filming in the second half of this year. The broadcast schedule has not yet been determined.
