BLACKPINK at Met Gala 2026: Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa

Group BLACKPINK member Jisoo shared a photo of the entire BLACKPINK group at the '2026 Met Gala' on her personal Instagram account. The photo shows Jisoo, Rosé, Jennie, and Lisa striking poses while perfectly pulling off their custom outfits and styling.

The BLACKPINK members attended the '2026 Met Gala' held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, USA, on the 4th (local time). Jisoo, who is an ambassador for Dior, wore an outfit custom-made by Dior designer Jonathan Anderson for her first Met Gala appearance. Jennie wore a Chanel dress, Rosé wore a Saint Laurent dress, and Lisa wore a dress designed by Robert Wun.

Although taking photos with mobile phones and uploading them to social media inside the Met Gala venue has been strictly prohibited, the BLACKPINK members became the protagonists of a 'unofficial tradition' for 2026 by taking and releasing a group selfie in the restroom. This marked the first time all four BLACKPINK members attended the Met Gala together since their debut in 2016.

This year's Met Gala theme was 'Costume Art', and the dress code was '​Fashion Is Art'. The BLACKPINK members expressed the theme in their own unique ways, showcasing their presence. Jennie wore a blue sequined dress that took the Chanel Atelier approximately 540 hours to create, while Jisoo presented a pink dress inspired by the works of Claude Monet. Rosé added bird embellishments to a simple black off-the-shoulder dress, and Lisa wore an experimental look featuring 3D arm decorations.

The styling of the BLACKPINK members garnered attention from international fashion media. Fashion magazine Vogue praised Jisoo and Lisa, mentioning them as 'The Best Dressed Stars at the 2026 Met Gala'. Vogue described Jisoo's dress as "as if Monet's Impressionist paintings had come to life," and evaluated Lisa's outfit as "the artist who most artistically elevated this year's dress code."
