Min Hee-jin's 25.5 Billion Won Offer Rejected

Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, proposed ending all civil and criminal lawsuits in exchange for forfeiting her 25.6 billion won put option. This includes the termination of all lawsuits and accusations against not only Min Hee-jin personally but also the members of NewJeans, external partner companies, former employees, and the fandom.

Min stated, "I can no longer watch the reality where the five members who should be happily on stage must have some on stage and others in court," and told HYBE and Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, "Let's meet now in the place of creation, not in our courtroom."

Previously, the court dismissed HYBE's lawsuit against Min and others to terminate the shareholders' agreement and ordered the payment of 25.5 billion won to Min. However, as HYBE appealed, the legal battle is expected to continue to a second trial, and the seizure process has been suspended due to HYBE's request for a stay of execution.
