Ha Jung-woo, Jung Soo-jung involved in kidnapping plot

In the second episode of tvN's Saturday-Sunday drama "How to Become a Building Owner in Korea," building owner Gi Su-jong (Ha Jung-woo), who achieved his status through aggressive saving, stages a fake kidnapping with his best friend Min Hwal-seong to protect his building.

At the end of the first episode, Gi Su-jong was thrown into confusion when he witnessed Min Hwal-seong kidnapping his wife, Jeon Yi-kyung (Krystal Jung), in the basement freezer of his building.

In the second episode, Gi Su-jong is swayed by Min Hwal-seong's proposal. Min Hwal-seong reveals his plan to extort money from his mother-in-law, the real estate magnate Jeon Yang-ja (Kim Geum-soon), and tempts Gi Su-jong. Gi Su-jong is also in urgent need of money, and when his Seyoon Building faces the risk of being auctioned off, he makes a decision.

The released stills show the two friends carrying out the fake kidnapping. Gi Su-jong, in suspicious attire, executes the operation, while Min Hwal-seong coaxes his frightened mother-in-law, putting on a masterful performance. Gi Su-jong's appearance, as if encountering someone in front of the freezer, creates tension.
