Lee Soon-sil, Challenges Preliminary Round of National Singing Contest

Lee Soon-sil, who was successful in business but lacked singing skills, challenges the preliminary round of KBS's 'National Singing Contest'.

Regarding Lee Soon-sil's singing ability, Hyunsook expresses difficulty, saying, "I'm flustered," but teaches her a special method of improving rhythm by spreading her arms and tapping her feet to the beat. Lee Soon-sil masters this, and her skills improve dramatically. Hyunsook feels proud, saying, "The singing has become delicious."

Park Myung-soo also points out Lee Soon-sil's habit of singing half a beat too fast and transforms into a producer on the spot, demonstrating by keeping time with his hands.

Encouraged by Hyunsook's help and Park Myung-soo's advice, Lee Soon-sil arrives at the preliminary round venue. However, she is overwhelmed by the more intense and unpredictable atmosphere than expected, saying, "This is the first time I've felt this nervous since defecting from North Korea," and breaks out in a cold sweat.
