Min Hee-jin's 6-Minute Late, One-Way Press Conference

Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, held a press conference to directly address the results of the first trial and her future plans. Min won the first trial of the lawsuit filed against HYBE regarding the exercise of put options and the payment for stock transactions, with the court ordering HYBE to pay Min 25.5 billion won.

Min described the lawsuit's outcome as "a long tunnel" and stated she felt comforted that the court had revealed the frames of "management rights usurpation" and "tampering" to be illusions. She also added that she felt a sense of debt for causing fatigue to the public.

As the reason for the press conference, Min announced, "I have decided to exchange the 25.6 billion won I will receive as a result of winning the lawsuit for other values." She proposed to stop all ongoing civil and criminal lawsuits and end the dispute in exchange for foregoing the 25.6 billion won. This proposal includes the termination of all lawsuits and accusations against the members of NewJeans, partner companies, former employees, and the fandom.

Min emphasized 'NewJeans' as the reason for making this decision, stating that all legal disputes must end so that no further noise occurs for the artists, their families, and the fandom. She added that she could not bear to watch the members, who should be happily on stage, having to stand in court.

Min declared, "There are many values more important than money," and expressed her desire to show the world that there are values more precious than money now that her sincerity has been confirmed. She also conveyed her wish to let the NewJeans members know that there is an adult who will always be with them during their difficult times.
