The Boyz File Lawsuit Against One Hundred

Nine members of the group The Boyz (Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric) have filed a lawsuit to terminate their exclusive contracts against their agency, Cre.ker Entertainment. Member New is not participating in this lawsuit.

Law firm Yulchon, the legal representative for the nine members of The Boyz, stated, "The artists notified the agency of the termination of their exclusive contracts on February 10, 2026, citing the agency's significant breach of the exclusive contract and irreparable damage to the trust relationship. Accordingly, the exclusive contract has been legally terminated and its effect has ended."

The nine members claimed that the agency failed to pay regular settlement fees starting from July 2025, after paying the settlement fees for the second quarter of 2025. They added that the agency abandoned its basic duties as a management company by refusing requests to review basic documents such as contracts to verify the transparency of settlements without just cause.

Furthermore, they pointed out that the agency has not provided any responsible explanation or clarification regarding the situation where hundreds of billions of won in advance payments were received based on the artists' activities, yet settlement fees were not paid.

Additionally, they claimed that the agency effectively neglected its normal management duties by failing to properly support all necessary expenses for the artists' activities and by defaulting on staff payments for several months.
