Electronic Land's home appliance subscription service sales are showing a sharp increase. This service, which allows customers to use home appliances for a set period by paying a monthly subscription fee, covers 120 models across 15 LG Electronics items. It began full-scale operations in October after a pilot run in September. Sales in November and October surged 10-fold and 9-fold, respectively, compared to September, and the upward trend continued in December. Electronic Land attributes this growth to a shift in the paradigm towards 'rational consumption' and the provision of care services. Furthermore, the introduction of the subscription service has led to additional sales of high-priced appliances like robot vacuums and dishwashers, and the company is aiming for a performance turnaround through the home appliance subscription market, which is projected to grow to 100 trillion won by 2025.

Notably, during the 'Grand 11th' period, Monthly Active Users (MAU) increased by 18%, and the number of open market payment customers rose by 14%, indicating a significant influx of new and dormant customers. The '10-Minute Rush' section saw its transaction volume in November increase by more than five times compared to the previous month, and the number of subscribers to the 'Family Plus' service exceeded 240,000 in November alone.
