Kim Junsu Returns with New Album After 10 Years

Singer Kim Junsu (XIA) will return to his roots as a singer in June with the release of his full-length album 'GRAVITY', his first in approximately 10 years. Kim Junsu, who has been actively working as a musical actor, plans to present his music to fans after a long hiatus through this album.

His agency, Palm Tree Island, announced the release of Kim Junsu's fifth full-length album on March 31st, stating that the album title 'GRAVITY' signifies 'gravity, a pulling force'. The album tells a story of inevitable attraction and upheaval, where despite having lived through different times, people are drawn back to a single point, returning to each other unchanged.

The teasing image for 'GRAVITY', released alongside the news of the full-length album, visually represents light condensing in darkness, intuitively conveying the new album's message and heightening anticipation.

This marks Kim Junsu's first full-length album release in approximately 10 years, since his fourth full-length album 'XIGNATURE' in May 2016. It also follows his digital single 'Because Twenty-One Seasons Will Be Waiting For You', released about two years ago in June 2024.

Kim Junsu, who has been continuing diverse activities, including performing in the musical 'Beetlejuice' and preparing for his next role in 'Death Note' in the first half of 2026, is expected to reaffirm his position as an all-rounder artist through this comeback.
