Ha Jung-woo, hardships of delivery work and unclogging toilets

Actor Ha Jung-woo will play Gi Su-jong, a struggling landlord living paycheck to paycheck, burdened by debt, in the TV drama 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea,' marking his return to the small screen after 19 years. The series will depict his arduous daily life as he juggles various jobs, including delivery work and unclogging toilets, to pay off loan interest, struggling to protect his family and his building.

In the released still cuts, Gi Su-jong is shown leading a heartbreakingly tough daily life, far from the enviable image of a building owner. The images capture him busy unclogging toilets himself to resolve tenant complaints and working delivery jobs to repay loan interest.

Gi Su-jong strives to protect his building, Seyun Building, dreaming of a 'redevelopment windfall,' but falls into great turmoil as the building faces the threat of foreclosure. The drama is expected to deliver shock and twists to viewers by portraying Gi Su-jong's desperate struggle to save his building.

Ha Jung-woo is expected to perfectly immerse himself in the character and vividly portray the 'all-in landlord' through his naturalistic acting. Ha Jung-woo's passionate performance, which aims to make his comeback drama his best work yet, can be seen on tvN on the 14th at 9:10 PM.
