31st Youngsook Sweeps First Impression Votes

In the ENA and SBS Plus broadcast of 'I Am Solo' Season 31, Yeongsuk received four votes in the first impression selection. The first impression selection involved the single women choosing a single man, who would then sit with them on a swing. Yeongsuk, who was first in line, was chosen by four out of the seven single men: Sangcheol, Gwangsu, Yeongcheol, and Yeongho. The single men stated they liked Yeongsuk's appearance and smile, while Yeongcheol cited an instinctive attraction.

However, Yeongsuk chose Yeongsu as her first impression pick, instead of the four men who chose her. Yeongsuk explained that her good first impression of Yeongsu stemmed from him offering her a hand warmer when they first met, showing his consideration. In a later interview, Yeongsuk added that she deliberated between Yeongcheol and Yeongsu, but chose Yeongsu when Yeongcheol showed interest in Yeongja.

Meanwhile, Jeongsuk, who received zero votes, chose Yeongho. Sunja was chosen by Yeongsu and Yeongsik. Yeongsik found Sunja's bright smile appealing, while Yeongsu was drawn to her cat-like appearance.

With only Gyeongsu left among the single men, it was Yeongja's turn. Yeongja chose Yeongcheol, but Yeongcheol had already set his sights on Yeongsuk. Ultimately, Yeongja was chosen by Gyeongsu, prompting Yeongja to shift her affections from Yeongcheol to Gyeongsu. Gyeongsu revealed he was attracted to Yeongja's smile and pretty appearance. After all the single men had made their choices, Oksun, Hyunsuk, and Jeonghee automatically received zero votes. Oksun had been thinking of Yeongho, Hyunsuk of Sangcheol, and Jeonghee of Gyeongsu for their first impression selection.

Among the male contestants in Season 31, Sangcheol revealed he is a lawyer, having worked as an in-house counsel at an insurance company and is currently affiliated with a law firm in Seocho-dong. His first relationship was at the age of 26, during his law school days.
