Some online communities have reacted by comparing "Kurol" to the prices of regular hair rollers (400-500 won, with high-end products ranging from 4,000-5,000 won), deeming "Kurol" to be expensive.

Goo Hye-sun's side explained that the higher price of "Kurol" is due to the special material that flattens for portability and bends into a circular shape, along with a four-stage processing manufacturing process, which significantly increases production costs.

While buyers are generally satisfied with the product, they have expressed some disappointment regarding the price.
