Ha Jung-woo, from unclogging toilets to delivery gigs

The production team for tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama, 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea,' has released still cuts depicting the struggles of building owner Gi Su-jong (played by Ha Jung-woo), who took out loans with all his might, in his daily life.

The drama portrays the suspense that unfolds as Gi Su-jong, a livelihood-dependent building owner burdened by debt, gets involved in a fake kidnapping plot to protect his family and building. This marks Ha Jung-woo's return to television dramas after 19 years.

In the released photos, Gi Su-jong is shown living a poignant daily life, riding his bicycle to work to resolve tenant complaints, and working delivery part-time jobs and selling used goods to pay off loan interest.

The reason Gi Su-jong endures his difficult daily life is because he dreams of hitting it big with redevelopment, but his daily life is shaken when his building, Seyoon Building, faces the crisis of being put up for auction.

Ha Jung-woo is expected to portray the transformation of an ordinary family man pushed to the brink with naturalistic acting, and high expectations are placed on his passionate performance. The drama will premiere on the 14th at 9:10 PM.
