Kim Jun-hyun Parts Ways with SM C&C After 5 Years
Comedian Kim Jun-hyun has decided not to renew his contract with his agency of five years, SM C&C.
Kim Jun-hyun transferred to SM C&C in 2021 and continued his partnership through a contract renewal in March 2024. During his time with the agency, he showcased his talent, notably hosting 'Immortal Songs' and winning the '2023 KBS Entertainment Awards Grand Prize'.

Kim Jun-hyun, who will be leaving SM C&C, plans to work independently without a separate agency for the time being.

Kim Jun-hyun, who debuted as a KBS comedian in 2007, gained popularity by creating various catchphrases on 'Gag Concert'. He has since made his presence felt as an MC on numerous variety shows. He is currently active as an MC on programs such as 'Immortal Songs', 'Welcome! First Time in Korea?', and 'Delicious Guys'.
Recently, Kim Jun-hyun was embroiled in a "fan disregard" controversy. A video circulating online showed him passing by fans' greetings without much reaction on his way to a broadcast, sparking a debate about his attitude.
