Pavane Netflix Movie Rankings
Actor Moon Sang-min has showcased a new acting transformation in the Netflix film 'Pavanne,' taking on the role of Gyeong-rok, a young man who wanders because he cannot love himself, deviating from his previous "chaebol male lead" image. In an interview, he carefully chose his words, revealing his genuine feelings about the project despite his mother's sharp monitoring.
Moon Sang-min stated that he felt choked up while watching his own face as he viewed the completed film. He specifically mentioned that he cried because the character felt so pathetic, particularly in the scenes where young Gyeong-rok looked at his father and in the happy moments with Mi-jeong.

Moon Sang-min defined 'Pavanne' as "a film about three youths," attributing the ability for Gyeong-rok to breathe to the reliable seniors, Go Ah-sung and Byun Yo-han. He added that he was able to immerse himself in the character thanks to the seniors' consideration.
Regarding the motel scene with Sera, which symbolizes Gyeong-rok's wandering in the film, he said it represented a period of wandering showing Gyeong-rok's breakdown, and he did not consider it a tragedy. He interpreted Gyeong-rok finding his ultimate self by conveying the words "I love you" in the final Iceland scene.
