Samsung Electronics BTS World Tour Revealed

Samsung Electronics and HYBE have signed a global partnership for the group BTS's comeback world tour concert, 'ARIRANG'. Through this collaboration, the two leading Korean companies plan to maximize global marketing synergy targeting K-pop fandom worldwide.

The core of the partnership is the utilization of Samsung Electronics' latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Samsung Electronics will film the stage production and atmosphere of the large-scale concert venue with the Galaxy S26 Ultra and release the footage on its social media (SNS) channels. This strategy aims to recreate the vibrancy of the stage, which is difficult to capture from an audience member's perspective, through high-performance camera technology, and naturally demonstrate the product's capabilities to global consumers.

Samsung Electronics will participate in HYBE's regional linkage project, 'BTS THE CITY', which is conducted on a city-by-city basis for concert host cities, to offer fans opportunities to experience mobile devices. HYBE is holding 'BTS THE CITY ARIRANG Seoul' in Korea, the first destination, from the 20th of last month to the 19th of next month, operating a 'city-type play park' that offers a variety of attractions and events throughout Seoul to provide an expanded fan experience. Samsung Electronics will also participate in this event, running various Galaxy experience programs.

During 'BTS THE CITY ARIRANG Seoul', fans can participate in a 'Stamp Rally' by visiting and verifying their presence at key locations in downtown Seoul. The 'Samsung Gangnam' store is included as one of the verification spots. Fans visiting Samsung Gangnam can experience creating self-stickers using the AI-based 'Creative Studio' featured in the Galaxy S26 series, in addition to QR verification. Upon participation in the experience, limited edition BTS THE CITY ARIRANG Seoul merchandise (MD) will be provided.

Choi Seung-eun, Vice President and Head of the Marketing Center at Samsung Electronics' Mobile Experience (MX) Business Division, stated, "We resonate with the authenticity, self-expression, and positive influence shown by BTS and their fandom community." He added, "Through this collaboration, Galaxy will support artists and fans as a medium of connection, enabling them to meaningfully experience concert moments and to cherish and share the emotions for a long time."
