Korean Family Drama 'Time' Stars Sim Woo-myun

The drama depicts the story of Seong Tae-hoon (played by Park Sung-woong), who is demoted from a corporate executive to the head of the Yeonri Village branch, and his family's move to the countryside. Seong Tae-hoon feels overwhelmed by the desolate, stone-filled fields but begins a new relationship through his encounter with the village head, Im Ju-hyung (played by Lee Seo-hwan). However, Im Ju-hyung reveals his hostility towards Seong Tae-hoon simply because he is affiliated with 'Matstory' and foreshadows his obstruction of Seong Tae-hoon's farming efforts, hinting at conflict.

His wife, Jo Mi-ryeo (played by Lee Soo-kyung), who had been abroad, and their three sons also move to Yeonri and adapt to the unfamiliar rural life. Seong Tae-hoon dedicates himself to cabbage farming, while Jo Mi-ryeo gets involved with the women's association, each immersing themselves in village life in their own way. Meanwhile, the tension heightens as the farm manager, Noh Hyun-gap (played by Jung Sun-chul), is seen seemingly reporting Seong Tae-hoon's every move to someone.
Seong Tae-hoon's eldest son, Seong Ji-cheon (played by Lee Jin-woo), shares a sweet first encounter with Im Bo-mi (played by Choi Gyu-ri), the only daughter of the village head and a nutritionist, bringing a touch of youthful romance.
