Song Joong Ki & Park Ji Hyun Reunite 4 Years Later

Actress Park Ji-hyun has been cast as the lead in the drama '​Love Cloud'. Park Ji-hyun will play the role of Ahn Ha-ni, a co-pilot for an airline. Her character is someone who only knows how to live diligently, receives spiritual training from clouds, and falls in love at first sight with Song Joong-ki.

'Love Cloud' is a romantic comedy human drama about a former flight instructor and a prospective pilot who reunite seven years later in Jeju as air traffic controller and pilot.

After the success of Netflix's 'Eunjoong and Sangyeon' and winning the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for the movie 'Hidden Face', Park Ji-hyun received many project offers and carefully chose 'Love Cloud' among them.

Notably, this project marks Park Ji-hyun's reunion with Song Joong-ki after 4 years, following the JTBC drama 'Reborn Rich' in 2022. At the time, Park Ji-hyun shared an anecdote in an interview, saying she didn't know if her mother watched the drama because of her or because of Song Joong-ki, and that she couldn't ask for an autograph.

'Love Cloud' will be directed by PD Song Min-yeop, who also directed 'Doctor Prisoner' and 'Youth of May', and the script will be written by Team Mad Rabbit. The broadcast channel is undecided, and it is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
