Youngsook Confesses Battle with Thyroid Cancer
"I Am Solo" Season 6 contestant Yeongsook revealed her thyroid cancer diagnosis.
Yeongsook shared on her social media, "I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in January and am currently undergoing a biopsy to check for metastasis." Along with a photo showing bandages on her neck and collarbone, she expressed her feelings, "It really hurts so much. I sincerely hope it hasn't spread."

She mentioned "decreased stamina and fatigue, difficulty speaking for extended periods, and neck swelling" as preliminary symptoms, stating she initially dismissed her neck pain as a simple sore throat and endured it. She also advised her fans, "Don't overdo it; take care of yourselves while working and raising your children."
