Go Youn-jung vs. Choi Won-young: A Battle of Expressions

JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama, "Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness" (abbreviated as "Moja Musssa"), depicts a character's search for peace while struggling with envy and jealousy among their successful friends.

The meeting between Hwang Dong-man (Koo Kyo-hwan), who dreams of debuting as a film director, and Byun Eun-ah (Go Youn-jung), a film producer who recognizes his sincerity and value, is a key point to watch in the drama. However, Choi Dong-hyun (Choi Won-young), the CEO of Choi Film, appears as a character who keeps Byun Eun-ah in check.

Byun Eun-ah started as a contract office assistant and rose to become a full-time producer. She earned the nickname "Axe That Sharpens Scenarios" for her fresh perspective, uncorrupted by the industry. At one point, she was the power player at Choi Film, with directors lining up to show her their scripts directly, bypassing even the CEO, Choi Dong-hyun.

However, her unparalleled skills became a double-edged sword. Feeling inferior to Byun Eun-ah's presence, which surpassed his own influence, Choi Dong-hyun began to subtly criticize and check her. The released still cuts contrast Choi Dong-hyun spewing venom at Byun Eun-ah in his office with Byun Eun-ah wavering under his gaze, showcasing the tension arising from the reversal of their relationship.

The production team stated, "Choi Dong-hyun is a unique character who provides a strange sense of pleasure by openly revealing his desires and values without reservation," and added, "The 'ruthless CEO' perfected by Choi Won-young's seasoned acting and Go Youn-jung's intense chemistry as she strives to protect her own value amidst that pressure will be responsible for the drama's tension."
