K-Pop Group Secret Returns After 12 Years

Girl group Secret is making a comeback with the release of their special mini-album 'Secret Flavor' after 12 years. The album will be released on the 18th at 6 PM KST through various music streaming sites.

This album includes 8 songs that reinterprete Secret's representative hits, including the title track '​Ice Cream', as well as 'GET RIGHT', 'Madonna' (2026 Ver.), 'Shy Boy' (2026 Ver.), 'Love is Move' (2026 Ver.), and 'YooHoo' (2026 Ver.). Notably, 'Madonna (Remake 2026 Ver.)' has been completely reinterpreted in a new style, showcasing Secret's mature charm.

The title track 'Ice Cream' is a medium-tempo pop dance song that samples Vivaldi's 'Spring'. It captures the pure desire for ice cream not to melt, set against a refreshing string sound. The accompanying music video will unfold a fairytale-like story where imagination and reality intersect.

Secret plans to promote as a three-member group, with original members Jeon Hyosung and Jung Hana as the core, and the addition of new member Yebin. Song Jieun will not be participating in this comeback. New member Yebin, born in 2002, is the maknae of the group, being 13 years younger than Jeon Hyosung and 12 years younger than Jung Hana.

Secret, who debuted in 2009, was loved for their hit songs like 'Madonna' and 'Starlight Moonlight', but had not released new music since their 5th mini-album 'Secret Summer' in 2014. Han Sunhwa left the group in 2016, and group activities were halted when their agency, TS Entertainment, went out of business in 2021.
