Namgoong Min Confronts Mysterious Helmet Man

A scene where actor Namgoong Min confronts an unidentified man in a helmet has been released for KBS2's new weekend mini-series 'The Completion of Marriage,' heightening the tension to its peak. The drama is a perilous crime thriller about a man who gets into an extreme struggle with a criminal after his wife is kidnapped just before their divorce.

Namgoong Min plays the role of Kang Tae-joo, a neurosurgeon. He is a character whose life is completely shaken when, the day after informing his wife of their divorce, she is kidnapped, plunging him into a shocking incident. Namgoong Min is expected to showcase a wide acting spectrum, from breathtaking chase action to deep internal psychological conflict.

In the released scene, Kang Tae-joo discovers a man in a helmet lying on the ground in the middle of an alley and approaches to check his condition. The moment he leans in to hear what the helmeted man says, Kang Tae-joo wears a shocked expression. This unexpected encounter sparks curiosity about what kind of incident it will lead to and who the helmeted man is.

In this scene, Namgoong Min heightened the on-site focus by delicately expressing four stages of emotional change, from bewilderment and urgency to confusion and shock, through his trembling gaze and fingertips. The production team stated that Namgoong Min's powerful performance will deliver a heart-pounding thrill that adds mystery to the crime thriller.

'The Completion of Marriage' is a collaboration between director Kim Jung-hyun, who directed the dramas 'Hyperknife' and 'Awaken,' and actors with solid acting experience such as Namgoong Min, Kim Dae-myung, Lee Seol, and Lee Sang-hee. The drama is scheduled to premiere on July 4th at 9:20 PM.
