Actress Jeon So-young shared her thoughts on the conclusion of the TVING series '​The Legend of the Mess Hall Soldier', in which she starred alongside Park Ji-hoon. On the 16th, Jeon So-young posted a message of gratitude on her social media (SNS) account, along with several behind-the-scenes photos from the set.

The released photos show Jeon So-young, who played the role of Jung Min-ah, the girlfriend of Kang Sung-jae (Park Ji-hoon) in the drama, and Park Ji-hoon. The two exuded an atmosphere reminiscent of a real-life couple, and particularly in the scenes filmed while wearing school uniforms, they displayed a fresh charm that evoked a youthful romance manga. After filming, they sat side-by-side in front of a heater, warming themselves and making playful expressions, showcasing their exceptional chemistry.

Along with behind-the-scenes footage from the final episode's filming, Jeon So-young conveyed the warm atmosphere of the set with the hashtag "Thanks to the director and seniors, the set where I only laughed until my stomach hurt."

'The Legend of the Mess Hall Soldier' is a military cooking fantasy drama that depicts the growth of Private Kang Sung-jae, who wields a kitchen knife instead of a gun and an apron instead of a bandolier, into a 'legendary mess hall soldier'. The final episode concluded with a happy ending where Kang Sung-jae wins the military food service competition and protects the Kangrim barracks. It also left a warm lingering feeling with an ending that suggested the beginning of a serious relationship with Min-ah.
