Kang Hyung-wook shared his experience of having to go to the hospital during dog training. He revealed this on the 10th episode of Channel A's 'Time Between Dog and Wolf 2' while discussing the case of 'Gueok-i,' an American Bully exhibiting strong aggression.

Gueok-i persistently bit and tore at its leash, surprising the studio by not letting go even when blood formed in its mouth.

Observing this, Kang Hyung-wook explained the dangers of training powerful dogs through his own experience, stating, "I've had an MRI after playing tug-of-war with another dog."

He also diagnosed, "​There are dogs that become calm only when they bite," and the owner's comment that Gueok-i, who showed almost no emotional expression, "​seems like a psychopath" added to the tension.
