Song Eun-yi Regrets Box Office Success of Jang Hang-jun's "Kingmaker"

Entertainer Song Eun-i later regretted not investing in director Jang Hang-jun's blockbuster film "King and the Clown," which drew 10 million viewers. In a video released on the YouTube channel "VIVO TV," Song Eun-i and Kim Sook connected with director Jang Hang-jun via phone.

Director Jang Hang-jun, whose voice was low due to a hangover when the film surpassed 9 million viewers, commented on becoming a director with a 10 million-viewer film, saying, "I can't believe it. I woke up and thought it was a dream." He also shared that writer Kim Eun-hee was delighted while watching the box office numbers.

When asked about his promise for achieving 10 million viewers, director Jang Hang-jun stated, "If you misstep with your words, big trouble can happen," and revealed he opted for providing a coffee truck instead. He added that he wants to rest and watch TV without worry for a while.

Regarding investment, director Jang Hang-jun expressed his regret, saying, "I put in a very small stake. Just thinking about it makes me feel so regretful. I could have built a large building in front of the VIVO building."

After the phone call, Kim Sook asked Song Eun-i if VIVO had invested, and Song Eun-i replied, "No," expressing her bitterness about not investing despite congratulating director Jang Hang-jun on his success.
